Today

Things I am liking:
A little girl who saw me at school yesterday and exclaimed "you look beautiful"
Hearing from someone I love that I haven't heard from in a long time
My husband going to get groceries
Neighborhood kitties who come by to say hi
Hawks that sit on the fence outside my home
My first graders
My warm home
That we might get a christmas tree next week
Christmas lights, thanks neighbors
Good friends
A nice student's mother who brought me lemon brownies
Student's parents who volunteer to cut things and come to school and help
Student hugs
The wind and rain

  Things that make me sad
Two little children who died from cancer this week, I am glad they are free from pain, but I feel so bad for their families
My friend who had a daughter die this summer, I want to help the pain but I can't, but I can be there to listen
Our janitor who is so sad, because his wife left, I am thinking about how I can help

I can't fix things but I can be there, health problems will not get in my way.  Happy Saturday!
