Letting Go

Today I realized as I watched House Hunters international that my dream of living in Italy is never going to happen.  I get tired going to the grocery store.  I don't see how I am ever going to be able to go to an airport or stand or walk for long periods of time.  I guess I need to let go of old dreams and create some new ones only I am at a loss as to what kind of dreams to have.  I can't do very much and  I don't want to just exist.   I don't feel sorry for myself I just don't know what to do.  Life has a way of turning us on our heads, I will just have to get used to the new normal.
