Imagine my delight when I watched Swamp People last night and Glen and Mitchell were back. Yes, my favorite Swamp People were back, whew I thought maybe they weren't going to be on this year and I was going to have to go back to Wipeout. I think those old guys are the gas. Last night they were getting a cypress log for their porch, it was all quite entertaining. It's interesting that all the alligator hunters don't want to get in the water for any reason and Glen and Mitchell have no problem with it. I don't know if they take many baths because they look a little disheveled and in the same clothes all the time, so maybe they think the smell will repel any gators out looken (bayou talk) for food, plus those men are bone skinny (they make a toothpick look fat), they wouldn't make much of a meal. Now Troy, he would make some gator a nice meal, he has a little meat on his bones. Yea my night was complete thanks to Glenn and Mitchell. smiley face here
I love the way the show uses subtitles so that we can understand what is being said. I have never met anyone from Louisiana, but I wonder if they all talk with that much of an accent. I went to Georgia once and was quite disappointed not to hear many people with that fun, slow draw. I have met a person from Arkanas and he was a good ole boy and I NEEDED the subtitles to understand him.
